WST-6060 is an environmentally friendly flame retardant with P as the main flame retardant element. It is specially designed for glass fiber reinforced high temperature nylon products; it uses gas phase flame retardant mechanism to exert its flame retardant effect. It fully complies with the requirements of EU RoHS and REACH regulations, no migration or precipitation. This product has high thermal stability (T5%>350°C, nitrogen atmosphere), which fully meets the requirements of glass fiber reinforced high temperature nylon and other products with higher processing temperature. And the melting point is 180-190°C, which improves the difficulty of processing and dispersing salt flame retardant products. This product has the characteristics of halogen-free, environmental protection, good flame retardant effect, low smoke generation, low abrasive corrosivity, and excellent electrical properties. It is an ideal substitute for bromine antimony flame retardant.
