TPPO phosphate ester halogen-free flame retardant, with a specially designed molecular structure, is a product independently researched and developed by our company and the first in China. It is especially suitable for PET spinning and PPO flame retardant. Compared with the commonly used flame retardant BDP in PC/ABS, it has the following advantages: solid at room temperature, convenient feeding, small impact on the mechanical properties of the material, and good fluidity.
Pure white crystalline powder, soluble in alcohol and benzene, soluble in hot water, irritating.
Melting point: 154-158 °C (427-429 K). Boiling point: 360 °C. Flash point: 180 °C (633 K).
Molecular structure: Ph3PO and POCl3 are similar in structure, both are tetrahedral structures.
Properties: pure white crystalline powder, soluble in alcohol and benzene, slightly soluble in hot water, non-irritating.

Purpose
It can be used in organic synthesis intermediates, pharmaceutical intermediates, catalysts and extractants.
Both the rigidity of the triphenylphosphine oxide skeleton and the basicity of the oxygen atom can induce crystallization of compounds that are difficult to crystallize by other methods. It is particularly effective for substances containing acidic hydrogen, such as phenol.
